Founders Frequency returns as a table of thirteen, and this table is for women who are serious about the work. Serious about accountability to the room and to themselves. Serious about launching what they have been carrying, getting focused on the one move that matters, and getting involved in each other's builds. Every new moon, twelve founders, creators, and leaders sit down with me for one cycle: one dinner to call it in, one full moon to release, and the Fridays between to build. Twelve frequencies in one room, tuned to what each woman is building. If you are done waiting for permission, this is your table.
What this is
One table, twelve women, and me in the thirteenth seat. One question, opened at sunset and carried until the moon is high. Every voice at the table belongs to the whole table.
Every woman here is building something real. A company, a practice, a body of work. She has outgrown the hustle and her ambition is fully intact.

Why thirteen
Thirteen is twelve women and one host, and thirteen is the number the moon keeps.
You apply for a seat at one table. When the moon is new again, a new table is set, and the women who sat at the last one are the first asked back. Over a year, the women who keep returning become the standing table.
One moon, four Fridays
New Moon · Call it in
Three and a half hours at my table under the dark sky. The round, then every woman's Tuning: twelve minutes with her whole business on the table, her ask and her offer, and eleven women tuning it. Then your intention for the cycle, spoken to the room.

First Quarter · Build
Coffee at 10 and yoga on Saturday the 17th at noon. Conversation first, then integrating that conversation with our bodies in yoga and Shavasana, before the asks and offers from the Table get matched out loud and the first moves happen.

Full Moon · Release
A night out under the full moon with one question: what came through since the Table, and what are you setting down. Then a social release. Drinks, dancing, a room that moves together after two weeks of building, wherever the night wants to go. This is the celebration the work earns, and it is part of the work.

Waning · Integrate
A curated experience to close the cycle. A first taste of AURA. At the first new moon of the year, the table picks one cause to pour into together with philanthropic work: time, money, and hands-on support, carried into the next cycle.

Your seat covers one full moon cycle: the Table and the three Fridays after it. The final week of the cycle, when the moon goes dark, is a rest week. There's a private group thread for your twelve, and that's the only place we gather that week. When the next new moon comes, a new table of twelve is seated.
The Table is the one gathering your seat requires. Yoga, the full moon night, and the experience are yours to come to as your life allows. Come to at least two of the three and you're first in line for a seat at the next table.
Your seat
Your seat holds the Table, the three Fridays that follow, and your asks and offers matched by me. One seat, one full moon cycle comes with a financial exchange, and you'll see it spelled out with your invitation.
Your seat is confirmed when you accept your invitation. If life calls you elsewhere on the night of the Table, your seat passes to the next woman on the list.
Twelve minutes at every Table. Three to say where it truly is and what you need, nine for eleven women to answer with what they've lived: the numbers, the next move, and the frequency you're building it from.
One woman per business at every table, so every woman is a resource to every other.
Women who have sat at the table are the first invited when AURA opens its doors.
How it works
Five questions. Tell me what you're building and where it truly is.
I read every application and choose twelve women who belong in the same conversation. If it's you, you hear from me within a week.
Accept your invitation, and the four dates land on your calendar with the address.
Applications opened under the Virgo new moon on September 10, open wide at the Circle on September 24, and close Friday, October 2. Seats are confirmed by Sunday, October 4. The first table sits Friday, October 9, with the moon new in Libra the next morning.
Tables ahead: Friday, November 6 under the Scorpio new moon, and Friday, December 4 under the Sagittarius new moon.
The Circle · Four times a year
Four times a year, at the equinoxes and the solstices, the room opens wide. The Circle is by invitation and RSVP, with no exchange: every woman who has sat at a table, every woman from the first year of Founders Frequency, and the women you bring with you.
One evening, one room, one round. Women who have sat at the Table share what moved. The next table's applications open that night.
The first Circle is Thursday, September 24, in the week of the autumn equinox, under the Aries full moon. It's the night Founders Frequency opens its doors again.
